Facing unforeseen additional staffing requirements for tomorrow’s catering event? The application allows you to request extra workers within seconds, ensuring you have the necessary support to carry out a flawless event.

Impressed by the performance of your Crew Members and looking to express appreciation? Providing feedback concerning your workforce is now simplified and can be done from anywhere. By marking employees as “Favorite,” their next job opportunities will be prioritized. Conversely, if you choose not to rehire someone, you can designate them as “Don’t Send Back” to exclude them from future projects.

This application is provided at no additional cost to employers currently utilizing Bluecrew for managing an adaptable, all W-2 workforce.
